Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 16 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children 17 years old stay for NZD 45 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform JetPark Hotel Rotorua of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Payments made with cash and Eftpos do not incur any surcharges. In accordance with the Ministry of Health and the Public District Health , from 15th December 2021 until 17th January 2022. Our hotel teams will be required to confirm the vaccination status of guests. This will be done during the booking process and on check in. The hotel team is required to check vaccination certificates of guests for both vaccination doses or medical exemption forms at the hotel and in the restaurant and bars. When New Zealand moves to the new Covid protection framework (traffic light system) all guests and visitors 12 years of age and over will be required upon check-in, to show a Covid-19 Vaccination Pass. Noncompliance may result in the cancelation of your booking. You may be asked to provide photographic identification.
