I liked the easy straight forward check in and location of the hotel being in the city center. The continental breakfast was really scrumptious and yummy as and special mention for the meat lovers and vegetarian pizzas for only $15 delivered for room service was definitely a highlight and super delicious. The outdoor pool and spa along with the trampoline, checkers board and snake and ladders kept my granddaughter entertained. Overall this is an excellent hotel with fantastic customer service and friendly staff that will be our go to hotel when visiting Rotorua.
