An excellent property. Very clean, very comfortable, and well-located. Everything you could want was immediately around you.Rooms, bathrooms, WiFi, staff etc were all very good. I did not use the restaurant so can’t comment on that. All in all an excellent stay and reasonably priced.

Good location - close enough to walk to the CBD and local attractions. There is a large supermarket across the road to pick up supplies. On a major street in Rotorua so finding Jetpark was easy.

The room was very comfortable and clean and an excellent haven from our busy itinerary! The pool and spa were such a nice place to unwind in the evening! The receptionist and duty manager took an interest in our days and we felt welcome and not just a 'number'
